Diocese of Gary Tuition Assistance is only open to Catholic families who are registered members of parishes within the Diocese of Gary.
Catholic families who are also interested in applying for Indiana Choice only need to complete the Diocese of Gary application. There is a $35 application fee.

This discount is available for $300 per year per family. It may only be used as a discount on tuition and can not offset fees or incidentals. The discount will be applied in FACTS upon return of a completed Parish Verification Form. This discount is pro-rated with the student's payment plan. This discount becomes void at early withdrawal (before the end of the school year). The discount would be reversed on the student's FACTS tuition plan. 

This form is required annually and should be uploaded under Religious Affiliation in the enrollment process. You may also email your form to the business office before the second week of school.

There is a $500 reduction in tuition for each additional student in the same immediate family. This discount is pro-rated with the student's payment plan. This discount becomes void at early withdrawal (before the end of the school year). The discount would be reversed on the student's FACTS tuition plan.
